Warranty

Where the goods have been manufactured by Hida and are found to be defective, Hida shall repair, or in its sole discretion, replace defective goods free of charge witin 12 months from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

1: The buyer notifying Hida in writing immediately upon the defect becoming apparent;

2: The defect being due to the faulity design,materials or workmanship of Hida;

3: Any goods to be repaired or replaced shall be returned to Hida at your expense，if so requested by Hida.
